What reports are available for accountants?

We have several reports available to accountants under Accounting>Reports.

Owner Billing Report (Accountants and PM’s can view this report)

The Owner Billing report is filterable by date and by project manager.

PDF view of the Owner Billing Report:

Billing Report by Sub (Accountants and PM’s can view this report)

This report will allow you to filter by date range, select a project, and generate a list of bills that have been submitted according to your filtered criteria.

Sub Billing Report PDF:

Sub Billing Report by Cost Code (Accountants and PM’s can view this report)

Select the date range and project then view report.

PDF view of Sub Billing Report by Cost Codes:

PO Summary Report (Accountant’s only can view this, PM access is in the Project>Commitments>Purchase Orders)

PO Summary Report PDF view:

Budget Reports (Accountant’s only can view this, PM access is in the Project>Reports>Budget Report)

Print any project Budget Report without having to go into the project.
