How do I add specifications?

From the left-side menu click Plan Room > Specifications.

Click Add Specifications

Add Specs

Next enter in a date that the specifications were issued. Followed by clicking the blue + sign to browse your computer for the Specification files > “Choose”NOTE: Specifications should be PDF’s of each Division Section. This makes it easier for subcontractors and vendors to view and download the files.

Upload Specs
Choose Specs

Once all the Specification sections have loaded, click Done.

This will bring you to the Specification List.
