Create Meeting Minutes

Tasks > Project Minutes > View Project Minute List > Click Edit

Update Minutes with Meeting Information

  1. Add new Open items in Create Agenda

  2. Close items – these will appear on the minutes as closed and will not appear on the next agenda.

  3. Click on Pending RFPs to close individual RFPs if desired.

  4. Closed Issues - Select this option to view and/or restore previously closed issues.

Post and Distribute

  1. Click Post Meetings > Select Recipients > Post Completed Meeting Document and Notify Users > OK

  2. Use the following screen to notify recipients that meeting minutes are posted on the site and attach a PDF of the minutes
