Send Request to Approver

To Send Approval Requests

  1. Be sure to Select the First/Second Approval contacts at Tasks > Submittals > Submittal Worksheet

  2. Change the Cost Code Toggle Submittal Package

  3. Click the Blue Hyperlink Submittal number

  4. Hover over Notify Participants

  5. Click Send Notice to Approval Contact

  6. Type Message

  7. Send Notice

Transmittal Form

Include the Transmittal form if you wish send Multiple Approval Requests at once to the Approval contact. Click the blue Add Submittal hyperlink to add additional submittals to the request. Click Save and Send.
